By accessing Kanon or joining our early access waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Kanon on behalf of a Home Health Agency, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Kanon is currently in an Alpha/Early Access stage. The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted during this development phase.
Kanon provides workflow and documentation assistance tools. We do not provide clinical advice, medical diagnoses, or legal counsel. The final responsibility for all patient care decisions, clinical documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance rests solely with the user and the Agency.
While Kanon is designed to support "Audit-Ready" workflows, the use of our platform does not guarantee success in any audit. Kanon shall not be held liable for any recoupments, fines, or regulatory findings issued against an Agency using our software.
Users agree not to use Kanon for any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to, the creation of false clinical records or the intentional manipulation of visit data to circumvent regulatory requirements.
